Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. flour
    2 c. shredded carrots (about 5)
    1 c. crushed pineapple
    1/2 c. chopped nuts or raisins
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    Mix with mixer the first 7 ingredients.
    Add carrots, pineapple and any other ingredients you wish.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for at least 1 hour.
