Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bread
    1/2 lb. sausage, cooked and drained
    3/4 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    4 eggs
    2 1/4 c. milk
    3/4 Tbsp. mustard
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 can mushroom soup
Preparation
    Prepare the day before.
    Beat together eggs, 2 1/4 cups milk and mustard.
    Smooth together 2 tablespoons milk and mushroom soup. Put ingredients in shallow baking dish in order that ingredients are listed.
    Pour egg mixture over first 3 ingredients, ending with mushroom and milk to top it off.
    Spread good.
    Refrigerate up to 1 day before baking.
    Then bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Longer baking time needed if deeper dish is used.
    (I use 13 1/2 x 8 3/4-inch Pyrex.)
    Spray dish with Pam.
    Great dish to make Christmas Eve for Christmas morning.
