Ingredients

3 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. flour
4 eggs
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. allspice
4 Tbsp. low-fat milk
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. oleo
2 Tbsp. meal
