Chicken Salad Supper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. white chicken meat, cooked and cubed
    1 can whole kernel corn, drained
    1 can kidney beans, drained
    2 hard-cooked eggs
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. whipped cream
    1 small onion, minced
    1 red apple (unpeeled)
    1 c. chopped celery
Preparation
    Cut eggs, apple and celery into uniform pieces.
    Drain kidney beans, then rinse in a little hot water.
    Combine all the ingredients; toss lightly.
    Serve in a lettuce lined salad bowl to 6 persons.
