Cheese 'N Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 c. (6 oz.) Perfection extra wide egg noodles
1 c. cottage or Ricotta cheese
1 1/4 c. (10 oz. pkg.) frozen, chopped spinach, thawed and drained
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. (14 oz. jar) spaghetti sauce, divided
freshly grated Parmesan or Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.
Meanwhile, in large bowl, stir together cottage and Cheddar cheese, spinach and eggs; set aside.
Combine pasta with one half spaghetti sauce. Spoon half pasta mixture in 2-quart casserole.
Top with cheese mixture, remaining pasta mixture and remaining sauce.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, if desired.
Cover, bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
