Sausage Almond Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bulk sausage
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 1/2 c. raw rice
    2 (14 oz.) cans chicken broth
    1/2 c. slivered almonds, toasted
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Cook sausage, onion and celery until done.
    Drain and pour into 3-quart covered casserole dish.
    Add rice, chicken broth, almonds and soy sauce.
    When ready to serve, bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
