Lefsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. riced potatoes
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 stick margarine (Parkay)
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Boil Russet potatoes until soft, then rice while hot.
    Take 3 cups riced potatoes, don't pack just drop into cup.
    Fill in air holes.
