Mexican Cheeseburgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 Tbsp. favorite mustard
    diced mild green chili peppers (to your liking)
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    4 hamburger buns or large rolls
Preparation
    Combine shredded Cheddar cheese with mustard and diced mild green chili peppers.
    Shape ground beef into 8 thin patties. Spoon cheese mixture onto, spreading to within 1/2-inch of edges. Top with remaining patties.
    Seal edges.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Grill or broil until done, about 5 minutes on each side. Serve on hamburger buns or rolls.
    Makes 4 servings.
