White Cloud - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. boiling water
    1 (4 serving size) pkg. jello (sugar-free)
    1/2 c. cold water
    2 c. thawed Cool Whip lite
Preparation
    Stir boiling water into gelatin in medium bowl 2 minutes or until completely dissolved.
    Stir in cold water.
    Pour into 8-inch square pan.
    Refrigerate 3 hours until firm.
    When firm, cut gelatin into 1/2-inch cubes.
    Spoon whipped topping evenly into 6 dessert dishes.
    Using back of spoon, spread whipped topping into bottom and sides of each dish.
    Spoon gelatin cubes into center of whipped topping.
    Refrigerate until ready to serve.
