Pie Crust Mix - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. flour
    3 Tbsp. salt
    3 lb. Crisco
    3 1/2 to 4 c. water
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Add Crisco; cut into flour until blended.
    Add water.
    This recipe is enough for 15 pie crusts. Divide in portions to use as needed.
    Keep in freezer.
