Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 chopped onion
    salt, pepper and garlic salt to taste
    1 can chopped green chilies
    1 pkg. flour tortillas
    1 can enchilada sauce
    8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown onions and beef together; season to taste.
    Pour off grease.
    Add green chilies and a little of the grated cheese. Pour thin layer of enchilada sauce on bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan. Roll meat in tortillas, 2 or 3 tablespoons to each one.
    Place in pan.
    Pour remaining sauce over top of tortillas and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven until bubbly and cheese has melted.
