Banana Split Cake(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (4 serving) pkg. reduced calorie instant vanilla pudding
2 c. skim milk
12 (2 1/2-inch) sq. cinnamon or chocolate graham crackers
1 medium banana, sliced
6 Tbsp. lite whipped topping
1 c. strawberries, sliced
1/2 c. crushed pineapple (packed in juice), well drained
1/4 c. coconut
Preparation

Mix pudding with milk and set aside.
In an 8 x 10-inch pan, arrange crackers in a single layer.
Spread pudding over crackers. Layer in order as follows:
banana slices, lite whipped topping, strawberries, pineapple and coconut.
Chill several hours.
Makes 4 servings.
