Gingerbread Cookies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter, softened
1 c. light brown sugar
3 1/2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. honey
2 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. cinnamon
dash of salt
raisins, walnuts and cake icing (optional)
Preparation

Put all ingredients except for the raisins, nuts and icing in a large mixing bowl.
Blend with mixer on medium speed until they are well combined.
Chill dough in refrigerator for 1 hour.
