Githeri(Kikuyu Tribe Specialty) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chopped onion
    a little oil
    1 head cabbage, cut very thin
    potatoes, cut in bite sizes
    cooked pinto beans
    salt and pepper
    beef bouillon
Preparation
    Saute onion in oil.
    Stir in cabbage and fry until tender (not mushy).
    Add potatoes and cooked pinto beans.
    Season with salt, pepper and beef bouillon.
    Serve with cornbread.
