Individual Meat Loaves (Sour Cream) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. grated carrot
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. flavored bread crumbs
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream
    1 (4 oz.) can drained mushroom pieces or 2 cans
    1 egg, slightly beaten
Preparation
    Saute carrot, pepper, onion and margarine.
    Add sauteed vegetables to meat, bread crumbs and seasonings, folding in sour cream last.
    Mold into loaves with custard cups.
    Bake on foil-lined pan at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until done.
    Serves 8.
