Honey Roasted Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    1/2 minced yellow onion
    3 large cloves garlic, minced
    1/4 c. Dijon mustard
    1/2 c. honey
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. curry powder
    2 Tbsp. chutney
    handful dried currants
    1 1/2 lb. roasting chicken, cut up
Preparation
    Melt butter; saute onion and garlic 3 to 5 minutes.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Set aside to cool.
    Dip chicken in honey mixture and coat.
    Put on baking sheet.
    Baste chicken.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 3/4 hour.
