Hush Puppies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. self-rising corn meal
3/4 c. self-rising flour
approximately 2 tsp. minced garlic
approximately 3/4 c. minced onions
sweet milk (enough to form medium stiff dough)

Preparation

Drop by teaspoonfuls into hot oil in Fry Daddy. When golden brown, remove and put on paper towels. Makes 30 to 35 hush puppies.
