Quick And Easy Chili Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground beef, drained and browned
    1 can whole kernel corn
    1 tsp. salt
    1 medium onion
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 bell pepper (optional)
    1 c. Cheddar, Monterey Jack cheese, grated
    2 cans Poss chili and beans
    1 box elbow or shell macaroni
Preparation
    Cook macaroni to box instructions.
    Drain and set aside. Brown ground beef; set aside.
    Saute onion and pepper in margarine until tender.
    Add chili, corn, salt and black pepper to onion and pepper.
    Simmer for about 5 to 7 minutes.
    Add all ingredients to macaroni; mix well.
    Pour into a 9 1/2 x 11-inch deep baking dish and top with cheese.
    Put in 400\u00b0 oven until cheese melts, 4 to 5 minutes.
    Ready to serve.
