Fresh Peach Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 c. 7-Up
1 small pkg. peach gelatin
4 c. peaches, peeled and sliced
2 baked pie shells
large size whipped topping
Preparation

Combine
sugar,
cornstarch and 7-Up in saucepan.
Cook until thick.
Add gelatin and mix well.
Arrange peach slices in
pie shells.
Pour gelatin mixture over peaches;
refrigerate.
Top with whipped topping when ready to serve.
