Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. chopped, cooked chicken
1 c.mayonnaise
2 tsp. diced, minced onion
2 c. sliced celery
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 c. potato chips, broken
Preparation
-
Mix first 6 ingredients.
Place in 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Mix chips and cheese.
Sprinkle on top.
Bake, uncovered, at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes or heated.
Yields 6 servings.
