Pesto - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. fresh basil
    3 garlic cloves
    1 Tbsp. parsley or fresh sprigs to taste
    1/4 c. walnuts
    3/4 to 1 c. olive oil
    pinch of salt and pepper
    1/2 c. grated Romano or Parmesan cheese or a combo
Preparation
    Chop walnuts in blender or food processor.
    Add garlic gloves and mix.
    Add some olive oil (about 1/4 cup).
    Add half of basil and mix. Add rest of basil, oil, salt and pepper.
    Mix. Fold in the cheese.
    Pesto!
    Fold in 1 pound of pasta.
