Leg Of Lamb With Mustard Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. Dijon mustard
1 clove garlic, mashed
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. thyme
1/4 c. olive oil
1 leg of lamb
Preparation

Combine first five ingredients and gradually whisk in the olive oil.
About three hours before roasting time, using a pastry brush, coat lamb with sauce and let it stand at room temperature. For medium rare, roast 30 minutes per pound at 325\u00b0.
Allow it to rest about 20 minutes before carving.
