Turtle Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. chocolate cake mix
1 bag caramels
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 (12 oz.) chocolate chips
1 c. chopped pecans
chocolate icing

Preparation

Mix cake mix as directed on box.
Pour 1/2 of cake mix into greased and floured cake pan.
Bake 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
