Cranberry Fruit Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. fresh cranberries
1 small thin skin orange, remove seed
1 small thin skin lemon
1 medium apple, quartered and seeded
2 c. pecan halves
1 1/2 c. sugar
Preparation

Use knife blade in processor and add lemon and orange until lemon and orange peel is finely chopped, 3 to 4 minutes.
Add cranberries, apple and pecans.
Pulse 4 to 6 times, scraping side of processor bowl between each pulse.
Remove cranberry mixture from processor and add sugar.
Mix well and cover and chill.
This keeps well in refrigerator.
Can also use blender.
