Lo-Fat Sugar-Free Lemon Cheese Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. lite cream cheese
2 pie crusts or 2 graham cracker pie crusts
1/3 c. boiling water
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon sugar-free jello
2 2/3 c. skim milk
1 small box vanilla sugar-free pudding mix
Preparation

Soften cream cheese to room temperature.
Bake pie crusts according to package directions if using regular pie crusts.
Set aside to cool.
Add jello to boiling water.
Stir well until thoroughly dissolved.
Add milk to pudding mix and blend well. Add jello and cream cheese to pudding mix and beat with mixer until blended.
Pour into pie crusts and refrigerate.
