Turkey Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. ground turkey
    1/2 c. diced white part of scallions
    2 (about 15 oz.) cans chili style tomatoes
    1 (16 oz.) bag frozen lima beans
    1 (11 oz.) can vacuum-packed corn kernels
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
    Add ground turkey and diced white part of scallions.
    Cook 2 to 3 minutes, until turkey is no longer pink, breaking up clumps with a spoon. Stir in chili style tomatoes, frozen lima beans, vacuum-packed corn kernels and 1/2 cup water.
    Simmer 15 to 17 minutes to develop flavor.
    Sprinkle with scallion greens.
