Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 medium grated onions
    4 green onions, chopped
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    1/2 clove garlic, minced
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    pinch of thyme
Preparation
    Mix and make into oblong patties.
    Brown in skillet and steam for 20 minutes.
    I always add some peeled and cut up potatoes and carrots during the steaming time.
