Jiffy Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can whole corn (with liquid)
1 can creamed corn
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 stick oleo, melted
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
Preparation

Mix all together and bake at 350\u00b0 until center is done and golden brown.
It will not get dry.
It will be moist like spoon cornbread.
Cook about 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until golden brown on top.
