Scallop Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. scallops
    1 lb. fish, boneless
    1/2 lb. salt pork, cubed
    10 potatoes, peeled and cubed
    1 onion, cubed
    1 stick margarine
    1/2 gal. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Fry salt pork; saute onion.
    Boil potatoes in shallow water. Add margarine; mix all ingredients.
    Add scallops and fish.
    Add milk and bring to boil.
    Turn off.
    Cover and let set for 3 hours.
