Hot Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 egg yolks, well beaten
2 Tbsp. oil
1 c. milk
2 egg whites, beaten stiff
1 c. sifted flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Mix eggs, oil and milk together and add the dry ingredients; then fold in the egg whites.
Brush the griddle with oil and fry very slowly.
