Egg In The Hole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 slice bread
1 egg
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
cinnamon and sugar

Preparation

Take a small glass and press the bread's center to cut circle out.
Melt butter in pan on low heat.
Place bread in pan.
Take egg and break open in center hole.
Fry on both sides.
Makes 1 serving.
