Swiss Steak(Chicken Fried Steak) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 to 2 lb. beef round
1/2 c. flour
salt and pepper
onion salt
1 sliced onion
1 1/2 c. cooked tomatoes (optional)
Preparation

Put some flour on a piece of wax paper.
Put the beef on it and put flour on top of the beef.
Pound the flour into the meat with the edge of a saucer to break down the tough fibers of the meat. Turn it over and do the same.
It will grow in size.
Cut into serving size pieces.
