Orange Cooler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. whipping cream
    1/2 c. fresh orange juice
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 generous Tbsp. grated orange peel, squeezed dry
    2 Tbsp. orange liqueur
    orange peel strips
Preparation
    Beat whipping cream in medium bowl until stiff.
    Blend juice, sugar, peel and liqueur in small bowl.
    Fold mixture into whipped cream.
    Spoon into parfait glasses.
    Refrigerate 2 to 3 hours before serving.
    Garnish with orange peel.
