Patty'S Kansas City Beef Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 to 5 lb.) beef brisket
    1 (3 oz.) bottle liquid smoke
    1 c. water
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    dash of Tabasco
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Place brisket, liquid smoke and water in roaster pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours, uncovered.
    Mix other ingredients and pour over brisket.
    Bake 2 more hours, covered.
    Baste occasionally.
    Mix another recipe of sauce to serve with the sliced brisket, if desired.
