Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. lemon
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
    1 c. pecans, chopped
    2 c. bananas, mashed
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients.
    Stir in pecans, bananas and pineapple.
    Do not beat.
    Grease and flour loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 or 30 minutes.
    Let cool 10 minutes, remove from pans, let cool on wire rack.
