American Potage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground chuck or round
1 onion, chopped
1 can tomato soup
1 soup can water
2 or 3 potatoes, diced
2 or 3 carrots, cut into 1/4 inch coins
1/2 to 1 pkg. frozen peas
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Brown ground beef with onion. Add soup and water. Add potatoes, carrots, salt and pepper. Cover and simmer 35 minutes. Add peas and cook 10 minutes more. This is really good!
