Apple Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. soda
4 c. cored, peeled, diced sweet apples
2 eggs
1/2 c. salad oil
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. chopped walnuts

Preparation

Sift flour, salt and soda together; set aside.
Place apples in medium bowl.
Break eggs over apples; add oil, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and nuts.
Blend well.
Stir dry mixture into apple mixture; stir until moist.
(The mixture will seem dry.)
Spread into two greased 9-inch cake pans.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cut in wedges.
