Dill Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    cucumbers
    1 qt. white vinegar
    1/2 c. canning salt
    3 qt. water
    1 clove garlic
    1 small slice hot pepper
    2 tsp. dill (home grown preferred)
Preparation
    Wash cukes and put into jars.
    Add garlic, hot pepper and dill.
    Mix together vinegar, salt and water and boil.
    Pour over cukes in jar.
    Put into hot water bath for 10 minutes.
