Koulourakia(Easter Cookies) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. butter
2 yolks of eggs
1 c. sugar
3/4 box cake flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 oz. whiskey
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 oz. milk (warm)

Preparation

Cream
butter
with
sugar.
Add
yolks
and
remaining ingredients.
As
you
beat, add the baking soda with the warm milk.
By hand, roll out small pieces of dough, 5-inches long. Shape in desired shape.
Place on greased cookie sheets.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
