Greek Country Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head iceberg lettuce
    1 large cucumber, sliced
    8 oz. Feta cheese, cubed
    1/2 c. pitted ripe olives, halved
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 c. cherry tomatoes, sliced
    1 c. sliced radishes
    2 (4 oz.) cans skinless, boneless sardines, drained
    1/2 c. chopped green onions
    1/3 c. olive or vegetable oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Line a large shallow bowl with lettuce leaves.
    Break the remainder of the lettuce into bite-sized pieces and place in the bowl.
    Arrange tomatoes, cucumbers, radishes, cheese, sardines, olives and green onions over the lettuce.
    Sprinkle with parsley. Combine oil, lemon juice, oregano, salt and pepper in a screw-top jar and shake well to mix.
    Just before serving, shake salad dressing and drizzle over salad.
    Toss lightly before serving.
