Banana Nut Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 c. melted butter
    4 ripe, medium bananas, mashed
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. shredded coconut
    1 c. maraschino cherries, halved
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. almond extract
    2 1/2 c. flour
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    dough for 1 (9-inch) pie crust
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. white sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. warm cream
    4 Tbsp. softened butter
Preparation
    Prepare oven to 450\u00b0.
    Line pie pan with rolled out dough. Prick dough all over with fork and cover with pie weights or snug pieces of foil.
    Bake 5 minutes.
    Remove foil and bake 3 to 4 minutes more, until it begins to brown.
    Take from oven and reduce heat to 375\u00b0.
