Easy Chocolate Truffles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
    3 c. powdered sugar
    1 1/2 pkg. Baker's semi-sweet chocolate, melted (12 oz.)
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat cream cheese; add sugar and beat well.
    Add melted chocolate and vanilla.
    Refrigerate.
    Shape into 1-inch balls. Roll in walnuts, cocoa or coconut.
    Makes 5 dozen.
    Keep refrigerated.
