Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1/4 c. buttermilk
    1 c. coconut, shredded
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 pie shell
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar; add ingredients in order given.
    Stir to mix.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Bake in preheated oven (300\u00b0) for 45 minutes.
    Quick, simple and so delicious.
