Japanese Fruit Cake(3 Layers) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, separated
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. flour
    1/2 lb. raisins
    1 tsp. each: cloves, allspice and cinnamon
    1 c. butter or oil
    1 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar; add well beaten egg yolks.
    Beat well. Sift baking powder with flour and add alternately with milk.
    Add vanilla.
    Fold in well beaten egg whites.
    To 1/3 of batter, add cloves, allspice, cinnamon and raisins.
    Put 3 layers into a preheated 300\u00b0 oven and then set oven at 350\u00b0.
