Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. Wesson oil
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. chopped pecans
    3 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. chopped apples
Preparation
    Mix
    ingredients,
    adding nuts and apples last.
    Batter will be\tvery stiff and may have to be completed by mixing by hand. Bake in tube pan at 325\u00b0 until medium brown.
