Marshall Field'S Cinnamon Crunch Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 Tbsp. butter, softened
    7 Tbsp. margarine, softened
    2 2/3 c. sugar
    3 eggs, lightly beaten
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. baking soda
    6 c. sifted cake flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    6 c. Cinnamon Crunch (recipe follows)
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a large bowl, cream the butter and margarine.
    Add the sugar and cream until fluffy; blend in the eggs.
    In a bowl, combine the sour cream and baking soda; set aside.
