Shrimp Salad A La Martie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. small cooked shrimp
1 cucumber, peeled and sliced
1 large tomato, chopped
1 can black olives, drained
1 small red onion, sliced
romaine lettuce
1/4 c. fresh or 1 Tbsp. dried dill weed
2/3 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. white vinegar
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Combine the first five ingredients in a bowl.
Combine mayonnaise, dill weed, vinegar, salt and pepper.
Toss mayonnaise mixture with shrimp, cucumber, tomato, olive and onion mixture. Let marinate for awhile.
When ready to serve, toss with the romaine lettuce.
