Cheese Veggie Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. diced potatoes
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 medium pkg. frozen vegetables
    2 cans cream of celery soup
    1 to 2 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 small pkg. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    4 c. water
Preparation
    Cook potatoes and veggies in water until tender.
    Add all other ingredients and simmer.
