Indonesian Chicken Saute - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 skinless chicken breast halves
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. molasses
    3/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/8 tsp. ginger
Preparation
    Pound chicken breasts to 1/2-inch thickness between wax paper. Cut into 1-inch strips.
    Mix chicken and seasonings in bowl. Refrigerate 2 hours (for spicier chicken, marinate longer).
    Thread chicken on skewers.
    Brush with marinade.
    Broil on grill 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
