Ma'S Potato Rusks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. mashed potatoes
    1 c. sugar
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 c. lukewarm water
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. lard or shortening
    flour
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1/4 c. sugar (confectioners)
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    At night, dissolve the yeast in warm water.
    Add sugar and mashed potatoes.
    Mix.
    Let set at room temperature.
